Triggers
Exploring Triggers in the BMONK DeFi Protocol
In the BMONK DeFi protocol, triggers are key events that start specific actions and shape the ecosystem's dynamics. Here are the different triggers in the BMONK framework:
Temporary Tranche Trigger: This happens when the value of $BMONK tokens in the Temporary Tranche reaches $5000. Any $BMONK holder can activate this trigger, which then distributes the tokens in the Temporary Tranche for various uses.
Lap Event Trigger: At the end of each Lap (15 days), a Lap Event Trigger becomes available to $BMONK holders. By activating this event, users start the distribution of $CAKE tokens stored in the Lap Tranche. These tokens are given to the user who triggered the event and other token holders.
Relaunch Trigger: The Relaunch Trigger is a big event in the BMONK protocol. It activates when the total $BMONK token supply hits 33 million tokens or when the protocol runs for 365 days with more than 33 million tokens. The Relaunch Trigger starts a new Season, refreshing the protocol's dynamics.
Permanent Tranche Trigger: At Relaunch, the Permanent Tranche Trigger distributes $CAKE tokens stored in the Permanent Tranche among $BMONK holders. This rewards users for their ongoing engagement and participation.
Activity Mandate Trigger: This trigger is based on following the Activity Mandate rule. If a token holder does not meet the required engagement level, penalty triggers activate, leading to different levels of penalties.
Penalty Triggers: These triggers activate if the Activity Mandate is not followed. They apply penalty taxes to the token holder's BMONK holdings, highlighting the need for regular participation.
Triggers drive the BMONK DeFi protocol's operations, encouraging engagement, promoting growth, and keeping the ecosystem vibrant. Each trigger has a unique role in shaping the BMONK experience, creating a dynamic environment for token holders and participants.
