Penalty
In the BMONK DeFi ecosystem, certain conditions can lead to penalties for token holders. Every $BMONK holder must follow the Activity Mandate, or they will face the following penalties:
Penalty Structure for Non-Compliance:
First Time: If a token holder does not meet the Activity Mandate, a 1% penalty tax will be taken from their total BMONK token holdings. This is a gentle reminder to stay active in the community.
Second Time: If non-compliance happens again, another 1% penalty tax will be applied. This shows the importance of regular engagement and interaction.
Third Time: If the token holder continues to ignore the Activity Mandate, a 1% penalty tax will be enforced again. At this point, the protocol will convert the user's BMONK tokens into BNB, leaving the wallet with BNB and 0 BMONK tokens. This highlights the need for genuine participation.
In short, penalties in the BMONK DeFi protocol are designed to keep token holders engaged and ensure the ecosystem remains active. The penalty structure encourages token holders to stay committed to the protocol's success.
Note: The penalty percentage may change based on future DAO governance proposals.
